This friendship token takes the unusual form of a tiny glazed shadow box constructed of cut paper enclosing a polychrome watercolor of a rose on a branch with leaves and buds picked out in gold paint, all within an exquisite four-ply woven human hair wreath that is tied with a tan silk ribbon bow, four cut gold paper suns radiate from the four corners.
